FAQs about orders, deliveries and COVID-19

Can I still place an order?

Yes. We’re still delivering to all Australian states excluding NT and this will continue until we are advised otherwise.

My order is taking longer than usual - what gives?

Due to the increased number of orders we’re receiving at the moment, most delivery times are longer than usual. Auspost are working as hard as they can to deliver all orders as quickly and safely as possible. To avoid frustration, please allow a few more days when placing orders. If your Auspost tracking hasn’t updated within 3-4 business days, please let us know.

I’ve only received some of my order, is the rest coming?

At peak periods Auspost sometimes separate multiple case orders. They will deliver what’s ready to you straight away so that you can get sipping. The balance of your order won’t be far away.

Is it safe to receive orders?

Sure is. Auspost are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of you and their drivers, including contact-less delivery. For more info click here.

How much does it cost for delivery?

As a member, delivery is free within Australia.

When will I receive my delivery?

Depending on where you live, the delivery time will normally be between 5 and 10 working days. Your wine will be delivered by Australia Post in most instances.

I can't have my wine delivered home - what else can I do?

We can also deliver wine to your work place. If this does not suit, you will be able to leave an "Authority to Leave" instruction on your order, or you can collect from your local post office if this is not possible.

What happens if there is nobody around to accept my delivery?

Upon checkout, please be sure to select "Authority to Leave" and also leave clear delivery instructions, such as "Leave by the front door" or "leave at the back gate" when you place your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we currently use Australia Post for deliveries and can deliver to PO Boxes.

What happens if some of my wine gets broken during delivery, or it is not delivered at all?

This is rarely ever a problem. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will replace or credit your account for anything you order but do not receive.
